A solid stainless-steel is used for the SOG blade to give it a quality look that will last for a lifetime. The drop point blade lets you pierce and cut like a professional. The Arc-Actuator locks the blade in place when overwhelming amounts of pressure for cutting and release are used with no effort required what-so-ever. A built in safety lock keeps the blade closed and shows red for absolute assurance. SOG features a Zytel handle that has a high impact resistance and won't break or bend. SOG placed a Groove in the handle to cut rope and line easier without deploying the blade.
